Why?

Why is it that people think that traffic rules don't count in parking lots? Why is it that when a recipe calls for 2 1/4 cups of water we put it in in that order? And why am I jealous of the fact that my former high school students seem to have gotten a good teacher this year?

I need a time out.

So understand about the jealous thing- being good is the only real hierarchy is k-12. Not saying its healthly- just saying I've been there.

Are you going to be impacted by the storms?

hope you are yours are safe!

Your first mistake my dear Marius, is to assume that people think!
Then why would there be rules to be followed in a parking lot of all places, when they're not even followed on the roads!

Only natural that you'd want your former students to remember you as THE good teacher. :-)

I love the people who think that the arrows painted on the pavement in parking lots (you know, just in case they can't figure it out from the way the parked cars are angled) are merely suggestions. And when I say I love those people, I mean that I'd like to kick them in the junk.
