Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason, than that of blind-folded fear.

Damn!
Would you imagine that anyone could walk away from this with only some bruises and soreness? At the very least, Saturns are safe cars.
Alas, when we paid off the car we took away the collision coverage, so we're on our own no matter what. I wish I could remember who told me that collision wasn't worth it once the car was paid off. :-( Maybe we can get something from a salvage yard, but right now I'll settle for them hauling it away and calling it even. And yes, it is a very good thing the CoA was not there.
Actually, she's probably OK because the car crumpled up. I had 2 accidents under 35 mph & both were basically totaled. The crumpling absorbs the energy.

Yikes! The Universe was surely watching out for Mrs. M the day that happened! Soooo glad she is okay and it's only the car that took that kind of hit!
She should be thankful that's for sure!
Holy crap! I'm glad the missus is okay, and that CotA wasn't there.
Getting ready to go vote. Go Obama!
